Where are my meetings stored?

Free meetings stay on your iPhone. Pro meetings are stored on our servers in Frankfurt, Germany, and are never used to train AI models.

How do I cancel Pro?

Pro is billed by Apple. Cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in the app under Settings › Manage Subscription.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a meeting from its menu, or your whole account in Settings › Profile › Delete Account. This removes your Pro meetings, audio and account data on our servers. Meetings on your iPhone stay until you delete them there.

Why are there no minutes for a free meeting?

Free minutes are written on your iPhone and need an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on. Without it you still get the transcript.

Does the Apple Watch app work on its own?

The Watch records on its own, even without your iPhone nearby, and sends the recording to your iPhone, which writes the transcript and minutes.
