Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the app "AI Meeting Summary" for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch (the "App"), provided by Keerthi Bommareddy, Katharinenstr. 17, 40885 Ratingen, Germany ("we"). In addition, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the App as distributed through the App Store.
2. The service
The App records meetings and creates transcripts, summaries and action items. In the free version this happens on your device. With a Pro subscription, meetings are processed on our servers and additional features are available, such as speaker labels and chat with a meeting (up to 100 questions per month), within the monthly allowance shown in the App.
3. Consent of the people you record
You may only record people who have been informed and agree. You are solely responsible for obtaining this consent and for complying with the laws that apply to your recordings (in Germany in particular § 201 StGB). Do not use the App to record people secretly.
4. Your account
An account (Sign in with Apple or Google) is optional for the free version and required for Pro. Keep access to your device and your Apple or Google account secure. You can delete your account in the App at any time.
5. Subscriptions
Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. A free trial, if offered, converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple.
6. AI-generated content
Transcripts, summaries, action items and answers are created automatically and may contain errors, omissions or wrong speaker assignments. Check important content before relying on it. The App does not provide legal, medical or other professional advice.
7. Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and notes remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to process them in order to provide the service. We do not use them to train AI models. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, to violate the rights of others, or to interfere with or attack the service.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Free on-device features work without our servers.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
11. Changes and termination
We may change these terms for valid reasons and will inform you in the App in good time. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
12. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
